Very nice job ! I put it on my cartoon charater and it work ! Just need to skin :(

So my request as the title , maybe make a labial ctrl for lips sync ?

Thanks for the kind words! I am planning on building a face rig, but there are a million and one ways of doing it... Feel free to give me your input on the setup you like to use. Do you prefer blendshapes? joints? a hybrid? how do you like to control your face rig? do you prefer controls on the side (like jason osipa's setup)? controllers directly on the face?

I think hybrid are always best, bones for the lids to get eye lid shapes. But something like this would be amazing, the person build it with all blendshapes. Squash and Stretch deformation would be nice also. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nAWqQSH7fk&feature=player_embedded

Honestly I would say a complete BONE facial rig setup with overlaying controllers on the face. Game engine's that are obtainable by the every day indie game dev are the lower cost engines, which support bones only NOT blend shapes.
