The idea is to override the behavior of the F3 key, normaly used to open attachements like Annotations or Synoptic Views, just by adding the letters 'F3' to the name of any custom parameters set.
It will not change the normal behavior of the F3 key for openning Attachements and Synoptic Views, but as soon as you have a custom parameter sets with a name containing the letters 'F3', the custom parameters set will have 'priority' and will be inspected.
