This is my first post in my blog. For many years now I have listen to the debate about quads versus triangles. This is my conclusion. Quad modeling is the best technique for multi resolution modeling. It also help in organic muscle deformation elaboration. Triangle modeling is used for absolute and optimized single resolution modeling. No winner can be found as a technical process, but no matter what technique you use the computer will always convert quads to triangles in the end. Triangulating your model in the end to control the direction and structure of the triangulated mesh is the best solution for organic deformation.
