Result: grid of particles.

7.Now we need particles that is inside text, so we need to place text to have particles inside like in picture below.

4

8. Add a GroupSelection Operator inside first Event and point to particles that we need.

5

9. Now we need to move to next Event, to do that we need to add Test Event.
10. Add  Test Event(Collision Test) to the first Event, then create SDeflector and animate it (for example :from side to side ) so it covers the whole text.

6

11. Next create Group Operator outside the First Event, connect Collision Test and group Operator, also create Delete operator out of the first two Events. In the Group Operator point to the Delete Event.

7

12. To finalise our tutorial we only need to instance our Cylinder that we created ealier. Add Shape Instance to the 2nd Event, turn on other settings. In the 1st Event turn off Display operator or delete it and in the 2nd Event Display=>Gepmetry.

8

Thats it, hope it was usefull, thanx.

Hi, I'm not shore of that PFlow box#1 is integrated in 3ds max 2009, you need that PFlow box#1 or 3ds max 2010 or later.
