The plugin you linked to, "EZ-Extruder v2.0.0" is not available at the web address you linked to. It would be great if you could correct/update the link! I'd love to use it.

Unfortunately, there aren't any installation instructions given with it, and the site that is listed in the .txt file in the zip package is not valid (it goes to some forum thread somewhere that is no longer accessible). HELP!!
