Description:
Simple 3-frame temporal median filter.

Used for:
1. Removing single-frame noise such as dust with minimal degredation to the frame.  Works best with
locked down shots.  Creates ghosting on fast moving objects, so you may need a garbage matte.
2. Isolate and display fast movement from frame to frame.  May be useful for homebrewing a Bayesian 
matting of sorts.
