- source the script to run it
- select the nodes you want to propagate to
- click "Parents Selected"
- select the nodes you want to propagate
- click "Seeds Selected"

makes a duplicate of the seeds for each selected parent, matches the parents position and rotation, and parents the "seeds" to each "parent"
