Improve the Dynamica Bullet with varius tool

the script born to fix:
in the Dynamica Bullet base version you couldn't set the Initial velocity and Spin (or you could do only for each rigidbody one by one manually).

ISTALL:
Put the file in the script folder of maya.
open maya
type "Dynamica_Bullet_Tool"
