Great work :)
Some crits:
I feel her hair needs alot more volume? It comes off extremely flat especially at the top of her skalp. Even with a tight haircut like this I still think it will have more mass to it - unless if she had it all tightened up in a pony tail. Also, looking closer, the hair has a look of being kinda greasy and sticky.
Just what caught my eye the first time I looked at the image.

Great work! I totally get what you mean.
I think this would be fine in Photoreal gallery too.
