This is more than perfect tool for quick and accurate selecting, deselecting, mirroring and reseting controls and switching IKtoFK and FKtoIK and much more for Rapid Rig Advanced.
For me is Rapid Poser together with Rapid Rig Advanced the best way to make quick but amazing useful rig.
