This is a Scene File, not a plugin or script. 

This rig generates a swarm of bees for animation purposes.  Easy to use - major features are consolodated into the main control object.  Attract to an object, an area or swarm freely.   Strength of attraction and "Avoid neighbor" are just a few of the options available with the rig.

   - Low-poly instanced bees with good customizability. 

   - You can replace the instanced bees with your own geometry if required.  

   - This rig will run fast on any version of Maya 8.5 or higher.

The swarming behaviour is generated by a complex setup of flock and avoid fields driven entirely with dynamic fields
