This is a great python script solution for symmetry of object's components which are including "mesh" "nurbsSurface" "nurbsCurve" and "lattice".
Friends from net asked me for selling it with source code version,so it appears here ,thanks!

install: copy 'HZmirro_components_UI.mel' & 'HZmirro_components.py'
to your custom maya script direction ,some stuff like "C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\maya\2009-x64\scripts"
