This shelf is a compilation of scripts and tools I've found online,that friends made and others that I made.

1).INSTALATION_______.
If Maya is currently running, quit it.
First, I recommend that you do a backup of your preferences directory.
e.g. "X:\Users\XXXX\Documents\maya\2012-x64" on Windows    
      "\Users\XXXX\Library\Preferences\Autodesk\maya\2012-x64" on OSX 
Copy the 5 folders (plug-ins, prefs, presets, scripts & shaders) AND "doc.htm" to your Maya preferences directory (on Mac, make sure not  to completely overwrite your own files.)
Some of the scripts need to be sourced when Maya startup.
To do so, open "Maya.env" with a notepad and copy the lines.
Then, just paste them to the "Maya.env" file that is already in your preferences directory.
If there's none, just copy the file in the folder.

Same thing with the pluginPrefs.mel file, which is located in the "prefs" folder.
Just copy these missing lines :

evalDeferred("autoLoadPlugin(\"\", \"tensionBlendShape\", \"tensionBlendShape\")");

Boom! Done.

2).USAGE_____________.
Open "doc.htm" to read the full documentation.
Within Maya, you can right-click on the last button of the shelf to open it in your default browser.

Q. IS THIS SHELF GONNA WORK WITH 2011 OR OLDER VERSIONS ???
A. I'm pretty sure most of the scripts work in 2011... older I can't say.

Q. WILL YOU MAKE VERSIONS FOR OLDER VERSION OF MAYA ???
A. Only if I have to work on an older version. I might double-check the   compatibility with 2011... I still have this one installed around.

Q. I MADE ONE OF THIS SCRIPT, I DON'T WANT YOU TO PUT IT IN YOUR PAGE.   WHO THE @#%$^% DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!
