It is very wonderful MEL.
I have been using it for three years.
Japanese
Totemo subarashii MEL desu.
Watashi wa 3nen ijou tukatte imasu.
This is one of my 'must have' script. Works like pro.
Thank you very much for the script.
It would be great if it supports psdFileTextures as well.
Apologies if you have already took care of it.
I worked great, saved me a lot of time, thanks.
works perfect... took me a min to realize that you check the textures you want and then hit set path to re-load them... once i figured it out its a beautiful mel !!!
This should be officially built into Maya!
Exactly what I was looking for. Brilliant and MUST HAVE download.
This is good; it saves my lot of work
This is a GREAT script! It took me a moment to get the hang of it but its amazing. I even tried to use it across a network and it was able to locate textures and copy/move them across the network without any issues!! What a time saver!!! THANK YOU!
EDIT: I still agree with what I said above but I have found a bug/issues with the script. In one of my Maya files I have an image sequence applies as the color map of a shader. When I try to move or copy the textures in the scene, only the first image from the image sequence is moved/copied. Any chance we could get a quick fix for that? =) Pretty please! Otherwise great script!!!
Really a great tool
I have been killing myself looking for something like this so I can swap out tga images in a big scene. Mac UI issues are minor - it works fine. Great stuff.
This is very impressive mel script.I love it a lot.thanks you very much.U great!
Absolute "MUST HAVE"...
hey :)
each time I use this fantastic, pretty need script , I really thank you deep inside ... It sometimes saves a hugeeeeeeeeee amount time and effort especially for large scenes with plenty of node and textures...
again .. ...thank you million times
perfect tool
Extremely useful script to have on hand, I have used it since Maya 7, and am currently using on Maya 2009 64bit
Thanks again for a great script.

I was well excited about this but...on sourcing the script...

Great script! Save me a lot of time replacing wrong texture paths.
A must have.
I used it in Maya 2011 64bit, i had textures on 4 different locations and Hard drives. Together 110 textures. This script worked perfectly. in less then 15 seconds i copied and set path to all textures ! Thank you ! :)
This thing saved my life.
Brilliant
thank you.
Great, just can't live without it anymore :)
Just a couple questions about this FTM functions,
Recently i changed everything to mac, and our server's name got changed. Is there a way to just change that server name only with out just copying textures?
This is because, currently we have character' textures in all over the place, in so many different folders and i just want to keep them where they are.
For example,
our texture files were in //PC/source/something.tiff
now it is in /Volumes/source/something.tiff
I know your script can copy and move but i just cant think of way of changing "//PC/" to "/Volumes/"
Thank you so much for giving the Maya users the equivalent of 3d Max' Resource Collector !
Thank a lot for this MEL script. It helps a lot.
