Hey there,
First of all thank you very much for using my tool and taking the time to post the error.
About the error, well I only tested this tool on Maya 2011 and I've had many complaints that it is buggy on Maya 2012. I will have to tweak the code and test it on Maya 2012/2013. Keep an eye on this page and hopefully I will be able to update it soon.
