VERSION 2.1 (16th June) Using 'Replace' and 'Individually' remembers the name of your objects instead of renaming everything to Mesh***.
VERSION 2.0 June version alows you to export and save the geometry to disk.
Using 'Combine selected' and 'Export to disk' - Specify the directory
and filename in the text field. Result is one piece of geometry.
Using 'Individually' and 'Export to disk' - Specify output folder only.
Result gives you separate geometry pieces.
