Mok_AttributeReorder

This script allows to reorder attributes in channelbox and in the extra attributes in attribute editor.

Intallation:
Place files in yourdocument\maya\2012\scripts

How to use it:

import Mok_AttributeReorder
Mok_AttributeReorder.UI()

and select an object, click check, sort your attributes by dragging and click reorder.
