My Team got an assignment to make a realistic eagle where we wanted to
use some polygon based system for the dynamic feathers and the static
feathers so we tried lot of plugins n stuff but found it pretty heavy
so i got an idea to develop the existing hair system to produce good
and optimized output then i made this feather system which has both
dynamic feathers which uses the dynamic engine as well as static
feathers which doesnt use the dynamic engine at all.
