This is really small and handy script for MEL programmers and developers,

Thanks to Haluk Cetiner for source code.

This script is extension of  ktPrintSelected.mel

it creates a new button in Maya's script editor, which spit-outs selected string or varaible's value.

Usage:

Run "mg_printSelectedValue" in command line with script editor open, new button will appear.

Select varaivble or string in script editor and hit the button.

Tested in Maya 2008, 2009 (windows). Hope works with higher version as well.
