This is an old script. It allows you to move and reorient joints already skinned.
 It's very similar to Maya 2008 "Move skinned Joints Tool" (ok, my script is simpler : ) ), but it works also with older version of Maya.

Copy "zannaMoveSkinnedJoints.mel" in your script folder and type "zannaMoveSkinnedJoints".
