I'm a character animator and I wanted to create my own cartoon rig to have fun animating it!
So this is a first, not perfect beta version:

Full facial setup with head deformation controlers (Sorry I forgot to make the tongue so that will be fixed on the next version)
The body is rigged with JTD rigging tools by John Doublestein (http://studentpages.scad.edu/~jdoubl20/rigsScripts.html)

So this is it!
