ShakeQ is a simple render-queue application for Shake.
It lets you queue your renders, shows an estimated time of completion and has a nice option to avoid proxy renders.

It is not a replacement for Qmaster, it does not do network rendering.

On a one man station however, it just seems a lot easier to use.

It was developed for in-house use, and we've used it now for three years and still are.
