After a full night of programming, This is the tool:

Convert maya files to lower versions of maya.

Usage:
Run the python program by typing: python mct.pyc

Save your file in ascii format and drag and drop it to mct, it creates another file that you can open it in any version of maya.

0.1.2: A little bug fixed for Linux users.
