I would like to know how to get the bind pose from the animated pose. I tried the Modify | Evaluate all| Ignore all and then Edit | Select all by type | joints and then Skin | Go to bind pose...but at some places the model is getting squeezed...
I am really new to this..I basically wanted to take off the existing rig n add a new one to learn it...kindly help me...
Hi Gowri, It would help if you could post the rig you are using or were you found it, so we could have a look see what the problem is.
If you want to delete the rig in order to make a new one, I suggest you delete the skinCluster node binded to the geometry.
select skinCluster in the channelBox
then in the channel box : Edit -> delete Node (If nothing is important, you can litterally delete the history and you'll have a fresh geo to start with)
