Hello guys!
I've been trying to do a little something for few days, but I cannot get to it.
My idea is the following, I want to create 8 small cubes, combine them, and use the boolean "intersection" with a sphere to get a sphere shattered within 8 regular pieces!
The thing is, it does work only if my cubes does not touch each other. If their edges are too close, they get merged during the boolean and I only get one big piece ...
I'm sure something can be done here, using some options somewhere ... has anyone an idea ? I was thinking about using a shatter as well, but there is not way to create regular pieces ...
have a look at the pic attached :)
Cheers guys !
