If I press the offset edge loop tool hotkey, the cursor is changed, but the tool settings doesn't show its properties. However if I track the mel commands of the hotkey in the script editor, I can see a line 'toolPropertyShow;'. Why doesn't it show the settings?

Could you give me any advices?

I dont think the offset edgeloop tool has a settings window.
edit: yes it does. Just checked it.
however it's strange that the option window doesnt show up.


But select an edge and try a middle mouse drag. that should do it :).

edit: give the following command a try:
DuplicateEdgesOptions;

DuplicateEdgesOptions; shows me the options window, as I had pressed the square sign in the menu. I would like to achieve if I press the hotkey, the DuplicateEdgesOptions should appear in the tool settings window on the right side (where the attributes editor and channel/layer editor window are, not in a floating window). When you press the move tool, the tool settings shows its properties, in case of 'offset edge loop' I can't achieve this kind of behaviour. Does it work anybody?
