The fact that you report a problem on another board does not demonstrate you haven't done a mistake in your end.

Anyway I can not repeat the problem. Does not mean there isnt one. Rollback to no sp1. Anyway you can probably loose hope of it getting fixed for others then 3500 if ist agfx card related glitch.

PS: i hope you have valid support contract wink.gif If so id expect it get fixed quite soon.

Then i guess you Dont have platinum maintetance*. But yes i can not repeat the problem. Works fine for me. Thing is tough its only ever supposed to work on the quadro 3500 machine. So dont include the others in the report, it has a tendecy to drop your priority. Not supported means just that your support is of no priority, and since bug fixers ALLWAYS have more job than bugs to fix its not smart to artifically pump down your priority.

Thing is theres always some bugs, and if you happen to be the rare end of a problem then its usually going to stay that way unless you are a big enough client.

(rember that the cost of a maya complete is not much, for that they can not devote much effort to fix your specific problems, id say at MAX 1 day for some junior level programmer, not much gets fixed in day. For unlimitted the thing is diofferent)

*if you do then call them talking person to person hsually has the desired effect faster.

Result: Works smile.gif
