Texturimg/surfacing Reel

I've been trying to wrap my head around the best way to piece together a good reel. Any ideas or examples would be great. Even better if someone got a job Texturing/Surfacing at a studio and is willing to show off the reel that got them in. Don't need to know the stuido.
