Hello, I'll try to make this sound as simple as possible. As pictured, i have a wheel of simulated lights, and they need to turn on, then fade out each second, then, as pictured in the picture provided, it needs to become half a wheel, and then "rotate", but each light stays in place, like fixed LED's on a clock that are in a circle and represent the seconds, that kind of "rotation". But, it's trailing tail needs to fade out, like shown. I managed to do it before, but have forgotten how to do it again, can someone help me please? Also, light beams need to shine off these lights, like in the picture.
