Hello, how do I create an 'old movie' look in After-effect. For examples, the flickering vertical lines, noise etc. Is there a tutorial on this?

the majority of people use a plugin . Like cinalook Film Damage



If you want to do it the hard way, Ceptia tone you image, make a bunch of random lines and noise in photoshop ..and start key framing away. Key frame random flashes or jitters.

Depending on how long your clip is ...it may take some time .
