hey all is there a way to get the colored pencil filter in photoshop into aftereffects?

unfortunitly , after effects plugins and photoshop plugins are not the same. If you want something specfic in Affter effects that is only avalible in Photoshop , then you may have to set up a action to go through ALL you frames you want the effect to be applied .
