Creates streak particles with custom color, speed, and amount accesible via the GUI. This script was designed to achieve a look similiar to the streaking bands of color that are used in Japanese Animation to simulate speed or power. Alternatively, you could point the particles at the camera to simulate stars streaking by like you were traveling in "hyperspace."
