It might help to explain that by "dashboard", is meant that on this Creative Crash website, you'll see a "My Stuff" option at the top of the page, when you are logged in to the site. One of the "My Stuff" options is "Purchases", and if you select that option, you can find the Fracture update script there.

I love this script, by the way!
